The biggest play of the game occurred in the fourth quarter on a fourth-and-one from the 50-yard line.
The Eagles lined up in a formation that dictated a quarterback sneak, but instead pitched the ball to LeSean McCoy.

The Philadelphia Eagles made just enough plays in the final moments to gain a 26-24 victory over the Indianapolis Colts.
Quarterback Michael Vick made a triumphant return, throwing for 218 yards and a touchdown. He also ran for 74 yards and another score.
The Philadelphia defense was effective in harassing quarterback Peyton Manning and taking him out of his comfort zone.
The Eagles intercepted Manning twice and sacked him three times, including several other hurries. (Read More…)

The Philadelphia Eagles announced that quarterback Michael Vick will start after the team’s bye next week.
Vick has missed the past three games with a rib injury, giving Kevin Kolb a chance to win back the starting job.
Head coach Andy Reid has gone back and forth on the quarterback situation, but definitively named Vick the starter after the loss to Tennessee.
Kolb played his worst game since taking over for Vick, but was up against a tough defense and was without wideout DeSean Jackson. (Read More…)
